Salers cheese chips

Preparation of the recipe

  1. Preheat the deep fat fryer to 180°C.
  2. Cut the Salers cheese into large chips.
  3. Coat the cheese with the flour, then dip in the egg white and finally in the breadcrumbs.
  4. Repeat the operation a second time.
  5. Fry until golden coloured.
  6. Place on a paper towel to soak up any excess oil.
  7. Salt and taste.

  • 500g Dischamp Salers cheese
  • 300g of bread crumbs (hard bread placed in a blender)
  • 200g of flour
  • 4 egg whites
